Course overview
Develop Life's Performance Management starts with a thorough investigation into how we create a culture that supports peak performance. Often ignored, delegates gain a true understanding of their responsibilities in creating that compelling vision that communicates the company's intent with them and their people right in the middle.
From the cultural angle, we move into the processes, the management toolkit and techniques that create and maintain peak performance through teamwork, peer support and 21st Century coaching methodology. At the end of this course, managers will be energised, enabled and confident to engage with their teams and lead them into championship performance.
