Our enhanced 2 day Customer Service course covers all aspects of how to provide exceptional service and delight. It is modular in format, allowing the inclusion of specific content around sales through service and complaint handling.

Course objectives

At the end of this course, delegates will:

  • Be able to create compelling customer service at every opportunity
  • Understand themselves and how they contribute to the success of your business
  • Understand their customers’ motivators and have a deeper commercial understanding of your customers and their buying cycle
  • Understand the dynamics of emotional and rational buying and how to use this to personalise conversations with your customers
  • Develop communication skills for highly effective and productive conversations
  • Be able to create immediate impact and deep rapport
  • Use positive language throughout the customer conversation and end on a positive note

Additionally, for a Sales through Service approach, your delegates will:

  • Understand how to make sales through supporting the buying process
  • Develop a consultative sales style and add value to every conversation, creating longer terms relationships through giving your customers choice


 
 
 

 

If dealing with concerns and complaints, your delegates will:

  • Understand how to handle challenging customer situations and achieve a positive outcome
  • Develop a behaviour set that combines courtesy with courage to be able to approach difficult credit control situations with true confidence and conviction
  • Develop Assertive behaviour and applying that behaviour to achieve a win:win outcome for the customer and your business.
